We had a lot of fun with preschool last week! I'll post again to let you know what worked well and what I would change, but for now, I'll post the lesson plans for this week:

Use pattern blocks, regular blocks, vehicles, unifix cubes
10:20 Break/Snack – play and eat outside
10:40 Science – Germs – Washing Hands
- Talk about what germs do
- Talk about how to keep germs off our hands
- Sing “Wash your hands” song
- Do glowing germs activity and practice washing off germs
11:05 Choosing Time
1. water play – measuring cups, funnel
2. paint – tempura and paint brushes
3. white boards
4. Train table?
11:25 Clean up, Gather to sing and read until picked up

- Show what happens to sneezes with spray bottle
- Talk about how germs get in your body
- Practice sneezing and coughing into arm
- Make a “germ catcher” to take home
