Letter "E" and CONSTRUCTION

10:20 Break/Snack - constructing things with pretzels, peanut butter, and marshmallows

Talk about Hot Air Balloons, and how they are constructed, What types of supplies and tools people might need to make them, and how they operate. Make Hot Air balloons, with a balloon, string, and toilet paper roll. “Ask them to go Home, and Hang them up High in their room”

For the following day:

11:05- Choosing time – set up blocks on the table, build a castle or tower. Construct a tower out of BC builders and destroy them. Talk about the difference between construction and destruction. Construct a train track and talk about people who build tracks.

11:25 read a construction story and Dr. Seuss book (it is his birthday this week)/ clean up
