Halloween Party!

The Halloween Party was lots of fun! Lydia and I split all the activities; I did the literacy act, she did the math activity and we each prepared a craft and 2 games for the party. All the kids were super great and looked cute! 9:30 - 9:40 Read books while kids come 9:40 - 9:50 Welcome stuff/ Sing 5 little pumpkins song, kids loved singing and doing the hand motions 9:50 - 10:05 Literacy AP activity sing the ap song while clapping ands and tapping head, each kids got to choose if we sing ap ap ap, clap clap clap, tap tap tap fast, slow, loud or soft AP game, because its halloween I brought 2 pumpkin buckets and we made soup for 2 witches. One witch loved ap soup the other didn't want any ap in her soup. I had letter's written on papers the kids got to help find which ap letters go in the ap witches soup while they say ap of course. 10:05 - 10:20 Math Lydia brought cute fuzz balls and each kid got a handful of balls and a number. They had to sort out the number of fuzz balls for each number. They then put them in the pumpkin and got a new number and made a fuzz ball monster face out of the number they had. 10:20 - 10:40 Snack Time Lydia had a super cute idea to have the kids make spiders and witch brooms with their snacks. Kids had so much fun making their snacks! 10:40 - 11:30 Halloween Party! Pumpkin or bat sun-catcher craft with tissue paper Put the eyes on the monster game Pumpkin walk game flying bats game
